Taxpayers Against Fraud Unveils New Video Explaining the False Claims Act

Last Friday the Taxpayers Against Fraud Education Fund unveiled an excellent new two-minute video about qui tam litigation and the importance of false claims acts.

You can check the video out here:

It can be difficult at times to explain the  concept of the FCA in a short and effective manner, and sometimes I think laypersons get the hang of it easier than lawyers.

Without a doubt, this video does an excellent job of explaining why qui tam/FCA statutes are necessary and why TAF is necessary.

As regular readers know, I am normally just a bit skeptical about the world of non-profits but TAF is a truly worthwhile group that I am pleased to support.

So my hat is off to Cleve, Pat, Takeia and all the rest of the gang at TAF for a job well done!
