Today Taxpayers Against Fraud launched taflegalzone.org  a resource that is certain to become a crucial part of every qui tam attorney's toolbox. The site is available only to dues paying TAF Education Fund members and consists of collected appellate and trial briefs, settlement agreements, complaints, and other materials from the front lines of FCA litigation. As of this writing, there is no separate portion of the site dedicated to state-FCA materials, but that is sure to follow.
